Childcare teams manage much more than a daily register. They need to keep information about children and families organised while handling communication, attendance and administration. Moonetic already supported this work; the challenge was to modernise the product without losing the practical depth that made it useful.
The product serves centre owners, administrators and staff, with a focus on the everyday tasks that keep a childcare setting running. Our work brought these areas into a renewed web experience.

We reorganised the interface around the work centre teams do each day, giving related information a more consistent place in the product.
A consistent design
We refreshed layouts, navigation and reusable screen patterns so the application feels coherent as users move between different areas.
Thoughtful modernisation
We rebuilt the web application and developed both the centre-facing experience and the tools used to manage Moonetic as a software service.
