Creative Hustlers provides professional digital services including:

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply necessary content, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Designate an authorized point of contact for project decisions

Our IP: All frameworks, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Creative Hustlers.

Client IP: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables specifically created for their project.

Third-Party IP: Any third-party assets, plugins, or services used are subject to their respective licenses.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to use our services or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Payment terms for our services:

• All payments are in INR unless otherwise specified
• Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• Work may be paused for overdue accounts
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Business strategies and plans
• Technical specifications and documentation
• Financial information
• Trade secrets and proprietary information

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Creative Hustlers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

Our warranty terms:

• We warrant that our services will be performed professionally
• We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes after project delivery
• We do not guarantee specific results (rankings, traffic, conversions)
• Services are provided "as is" without implied warranties
• We are not responsible for issues arising from client modifications

Either party may terminate the engagement:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Immediately for non-payment exceeding 30 days

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
