Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing project cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes for all services provided by Creative Hustlers.

All Web Design, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, AI Solutions, Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing, Hosting Services, and Website Maintenance are carried out after thorough analysis and creation of a complete scope document.

This ensures our teams have full understanding of the work needed, minimizing possibilities of project cancellation, reversal, or dispute.

All payments made to Creative Hustlers are non-refundable.

Since there is work involved to achieve every milestone and completion of every module, a refund is not possible for work once assigned to us.

Payments for custom design projects and all digital services made in increments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Initial deposits and advance payments
• Milestone payments for completed phases
• Monthly retainer fees
• Hosting and maintenance fees

If a project is canceled or postponed by the client:

• All charges already paid are retained by Creative Hustlers
• A fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be invoiced
• Any pending deliverables will be provided for completed milestones
• Source files and assets may be retained until full payment is received

To cancel a project:

• Submit written cancellation notice to info@creative-hustlers.com
• We will provide a final statement of completed work
• Any outstanding fees must be settled within 15 days

Client-Caused Delays: If project delays occur due to client non-response, delayed feedback, or unavailability of required materials:

• Project timelines will be adjusted accordingly
• Additional charges may apply for extended engagement
• Resources may be reallocated to other projects

Any changes to the original project scope:

• Require a formal Change Request (CR)
• Will be quoted separately
• May affect timeline and cost
• Must be approved before implementation

Chargeback Warning: If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (PayPal, credit card, etc.):

• Your service and/or project will be suspended immediately without notice
• A $50 (INR 4,000) chargeback fee will be applied
• All outstanding balances must be paid in full before service is restored
• Files and deliverables will be withheld until resolution

Requesting a chargeback for a valid charge is considered fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.

Resolution: If you have billing concerns, please contact us directly at info@creative-hustlers.com before initiating any dispute.

Once you provide project confirmation:

• We immediately allocate resources and begin work
• Team members are assigned and schedules are set
• Third-party services or licenses may be purchased

If you withdraw or cancel after providing confirmation to proceed, the amount already paid is non-refundable as work has been initiated on your behalf.

We interact with our clients and do our best to solve all queries before starting work. We only commence after your explicit approval.

Monthly Services (SEO, Marketing, Maintenance):

• Require 30 days written notice for cancellation
• Fees for the current month are non-refundable
• Any pending deliverables will be completed

• Annual hosting fees are non-refundable
• Mid-term upgrades are prorated
• Downgrades take effect at renewal

• 50% advance is non-refundable
• Milestone payments are released upon approval
• Final payment is due before handover

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances:

• If we fail to deliver agreed services due to our fault
• If there is a significant deviation from the approved scope
• As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Such cases will be evaluated individually, and any refund will be:

• Limited to the unused portion of payment
• Processed within 30 business days
• Made via the original payment method
