Running an agency means keeping several kinds of work in view at once. Project boards, team schedules, time records and business documents can each tell part of the story. The challenge was to bring that context together in a workspace shaped around Creative Hustlers, while keeping everyday tasks easy to find.
Hub began with project tracking and grew around the needs of the wider agency. It is a private, in-house product for one company: a focused workspace for delivery, people and business administration.

Start with the working day
We developed the product around the people using it: the team delivering projects and the people coordinating the business. Project work, planning and daily administration share a consistent experience without competing for attention on every screen.
Connect the wider business
The contribution grew beyond project tracking to include people operations, client billing and business planning. We brought these areas into the same product so that delivery and administration could be considered together.
Make simplification part of the work
As the product expanded, we revisited the experience and reduced unnecessary complexity. This ongoing refinement focuses on clearer daily tasks and a more consistent interface across the workspace.
